In the last ten years, Jamie has personally made over 40 short films and been involved with countless other media and arts projects in and around the country. With two Birmingham School of Acting graduate films under his belt, Departure and All That You Can't Leave Behind, a Digishort funded by Screen West Midlands in Room to Think, and script development from the same agency, Jamie is a familiar face in the West Midlands' film community and a trusted professional. A diverse and highly talented individual, Jamie’s skills include mask and prop making and special effects make-up artistry for theatre and film. In addition, Jamie also works as an actor, armourer, fight choreographer and international puppeteer. On the film front, he is currently working towards the production of his first self-penned feature length movie, Dead Memories developed in association with Infinite Wisdom Productions. Treagust Having an extensive background in theatre, Cher developed a passion for make-up and special effects from an early age. Originally trained in fashion and photographic make-up in South Africa by Shirreen Reekas, Cher went on to be the resident make-up artist to Rock band 0ne80 before moving to the UK in 2005. In 2006 she was chosen to become a member of The Producers' Forum mentoring programme where she gained further training in prosthetic effects and media make-up. Since her time in the UK Cher has been involved with Brummiewood 4, providing intensive special effects make-up for Arrivals by director Paul Hardy and has worked extensively in the film and fashion industries. Collins Jody started out on 'the other side' of the camera, starring in the popular BBC childrens' drama, Grange Hill, before choosing to embark on a career in Television and Film production. Her first break into the industry came when she was a student, gaining the position of a post-production runner on Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg’s highly-acclaimed Band of Brothers, where she was able to make invaluable contacts and gain extensive experience in the post-production field. Since then she has assisted on Nigella Lawson's Christmas Special again for the BBC and co-ordinated on the hugely popular Five and National Geographic series Monster Moves. She is currently hard at work on a second series of Monster Moves and a brand-new commission for Five. Contact |
